About these terms
These terms of use govern your use of the website dppview.eu (the “Site”), operated by SIA "WEB DESIGN AGENCY", Reg. 40203779332, VAT LV40203779332, Rīga, Brīvības iela 155, LV-1012 (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site presents our Digital Product Passport preparation service and lets you contact us about your products. The DPPVIEW hosting platform is in development. Any preparation services are governed by a separate agreement with the customer.
Using the Site
You may browse the Site and use its content for your own information and to evaluate our services. You must not:
- use the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or connected systems
- send automated requests, scrape content or overload the Site’s forms and endpoints
- submit false, misleading or third-party data through our forms without authority
- copy, reproduce or redistribute the Site’s content beyond what these terms allow
Service enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract. We will contact you to discuss your request. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Information on the Site
The Site contains general information about Digital Product Passports, the EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation and related deadlines. We keep it as accurate and current as we reasonably can, but it is provided for information only and is not legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Regulations and dates may change; verify them against the official EU sources before relying on them.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, logos and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. DPPVIEW is our trademark. You receive no rights in the Site or its content other than the limited right to view it as described above.
Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites, including official EU resources. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption or error.
Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, including any decisions made on the basis of information on the Site. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply. The courts of Latvia have jurisdiction except where mandatory rules give you the right to bring or defend proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
